  • Participation is limited to current, full-time Banyan Street employees. Employees must be actively employed at the time prizes are awarded to be eligible to win.

  • The 2026 Wellness Program runs from January 1 through December 31, 2026. Points reset on January 1 and do not carry over from prior years.

  • Eligible activities include approved fitness activities, wellness purchases, company-sponsored wellness events, and wellness challenges. Each category has specific requirements and point values outlined on the Details page.

    Activities not listed or not meeting the stated requirements may not be eligible for points.

  • All activities must be submitted through the Wellness Program submission form. Some submissions require supporting documentation, such as receipts or screenshots, which must be uploaded at the time of submission.

  • Some categories require documentation, while others do not. If documentation is required, it must be uploaded with your submission. Incomplete submissions may not be approved

  • Yes. All submissions must be received by December 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted, even if the activity occurred earlier in the year

  • Each month, two employees are selected at random to receive a raffle prize. To be eligible, you must participate in the Wellness Program in some way during that same calendar month, and the submission must be completed and submitted within that month.

    Submissions outside the calendar month do not qualify for that month’s raffle.

  • The step challenge is a monthly wellness challenge where employees track their steps during a designated period. Instructions on how to join and track steps are shared each month. Prizes are awarded to the top step earners for that month

  • Yes. You may submit multiple eligible activities, provided each activity meets the program requirements and is submitted separately, if required.

  • Points are tracked based on approved submissions. HR reviews submissions and applies points accordingly. Points are not applied automatically and may take time to appear.

  • If a submission does not meet the program requirements or is missing required information, it may be denied. HR may request clarification or additional documentation if needed.

  • No. Points reset annually and do not carry over into future program years.

  • Employees must be actively employed at the time prizes are awarded to be eligible to win. Points earned prior to separation do not guarantee prize eligibility.

  • Yes. Program rules, prize amounts, eligibility requirements, and offerings are subject to change at HR’s discretion.

  • No. Activities that require grouping (such as workouts or meditation sessions) must be completed within the same calendar month and cannot roll over from one month to another.

  • No. Workouts and guided meditation sessions must be submitted in complete sets of eight to be eligible for points. Partial sets are not eligible.

  • No. Only guided meditation sessions are eligible. Unguided, self-directed, or sleep-focused sessions (including sleepcasts) are not eligible.

  • Fitness events must be organized, structured events, such as races or competitions. Informal activities, personal challenges, or self-directed efforts are not eligible as fitness events.

  • Yes. Fitness event submissions require proof of participation, such as a registration confirmation, results page, bib photo, or completion certificate.

  • Points are awarded based on the type, distance, duration, and overall intensity of the event. Longer or more demanding events earn more points. Points are awarded for completion, not performance.

  • Yes, for eligible categories. If you are requesting reimbursement in addition to points, you must indicate this during submission and upload the required documentation.

  • Yes. Eligible higher-cost items may be reimbursed over up to three consecutive months, provided the first submission occurs in the same month as the purchase and monthly limits are not exceeded.

  • Submissions that are missing required fields or required documentation may not be approved.

  • Some submission types require file uploads, which must be completed directly in Google. For this reason, the form opens in a new tab and cannot be embedded on the website.
