How the Wellness Program Works
This page outlines how the Wellness Program works at a high level. Full rules and submission requirements are available in the submission form.
Quick Rules
The 2026 Wellness Program runs from January 1–December 31, 2026
Points reset on January 1, 2026 and do not carry over
Only points earned and submitted during 2026 count
All submissions must be received by December 31, 2026
Monthly raffle eligibility requires participation within that calendar month
Participation is limited to current, full-time Banyan Street employees
Employees must be actively employed at the time prizes are awarded

Employees earn points by participating in eligible wellness activities throughout the year. Points accumulate toward annual prizes, while certain activities also qualify employees for monthly raffles and challenges.
Points are not carried over from year to year. All activity must occur and be submitted within the 2026 calendar year to be counted.
Submissions are reviewed by HR and are not automatically applied.

Top Point Earners (Annual)
Awarded to the employees with the highest total point accumulation during the 2026 calendar year.
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $400
3rd Place: $300
Top Steppers (Monthly)
Awarded to the employees with the highest step totals for each monthly step challenge.
1st Place: $50
2nd Place: $25
3rd Place: $10
Monthly Raffle
Two employees are selected at random each month.
2 Random Winners: $50 each

Points may be earned through participation in approved wellness activities, including but not limited to:
Fitness and physical activity
Wellness purchases and services
Monthly reimbursements for wellness purchases
Wellness challenges (such as step challenges)
Each category has specific requirements and point values. Details on eligible activities, point amounts, and any required documentation are outlined within each category below.
Activities not listed or not meeting the stated requirements may not be eligible for points.

To receive points, all activities must be submitted through the Wellness Program submission form.
Some submissions require supporting documentation (such as receipts or screenshots)
Required documentation must be uploaded at the time of submission
Incomplete submissions may not be approved
All submissions must be received by December 31, 2026

Each month, two employees are selected at random to receive a raffle prize.
To be eligible for a monthly raffle:
You must participate in the Wellness Program in some way during that calendar month
The qualifying activity must be completed and submitted within that same month
Submissions outside the calendar month do not qualify for that month’s raffle.

Our Monthly Step Challenges are on an app called MoveSpring.

Once you’ve signed up, email Karin Dunne. You do not need to sign up for the challenge each month.
You must have more than 0 steps each month to get points for the step challenge.

Eligible wellness purchases and services may be submitted for monthly reimbursement of up to $30. Larger purchases may be reimbursed over multiple months in accordance with program rules. Full eligibility requirements, documentation needs, and submission timing details are outlined in the submission form.

Workouts may be submitted for wellness points in sets of eight, with 15 points awarded per completed set. Each workout must meet the program’s minimum time requirement, and all workouts in a set must occur within the same calendar month. Guided meditation sessions may be submitted for wellness points in sets of eight, with 15 points awarded per completed set. Each session must meet the program’s minimum time requirement, and all sessions in a set must occur within the same calendar month. Participation in organized fitness events may earn wellness points. Points vary based on the type, distance, and overall intensity of the event. Events must be formally organized and may be submitted once per event. Full submission rules, point details, and proof requirements are outlined in the submission form.

Eligible mental wellness services may earn wellness points and may also qualify for monthly reimbursement. Reimbursement requests must follow the same monthly limits and submission rules as other wellness reimbursements.
