Frequently asked questions

  • You don’t need to sign up for the Wellness Program itself. You participate and you’re in!

    The easiest way to participate is by signing up for the Step Challenge. You are then automatically added to each proceeding challenge. Full instructions can be found on the Details page.

    You can also submit a purchase for the Monthly Reimbursement. Instructions for this are also on the Details page.

  • Monthly Reimbursements and Prizes are added to employee paychecks. The paycheck on which these items are paid will be listed in each month’s Wellness Program update email.

  • The Step Challenge and the Raffle are the only portions bound by a calendar month. Otherwise, you can submit for Points and Reimbursements at any time during the calendar year. Please just make sure you have not already submitted the item.

  • Just participate at some point during the calendar month! This can be by participating and getting more than 0 steps in the Step Challenge, submitting a Monthly Reimbursements, submitting Gym Time, joining a Corporate Run, etc. If you are “late” and submit after the end of the month, you just are entered in that raffle instead.

  • You can submit anything for 2024 during 2024. Starting 1/1/2024, all submissions must be for activities and purchases during the 2024 calendar year. The last day you can make a submission for the 2024 program will be 12/31/2024.
